CAFFE FERNET | Splendid Pastas with a View

A relaxing spot by the waterfront known for its signature Cacio e Pepe. this is a place perfect for both lazy weekend brunches or an after work date.

Chic little space dressed in sharp red that presents you with a majestic view of the Marina. Good for evening alfresco dates.

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿 (Opening to 6pm):

Classic Italian tipples like 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇 going for $13 and 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶 going for $16. Pretty damn affordable.

𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗲 ($26):

A punchy and flavoursome delight. Not a traditional Cacio e Pep — theirs comes with dose of browned butter fragrance that Cacio e Pepe isn't supposed to have. Still, those elegant ribbons of pastas were pristine in al dente bite while a pecorino and pepper kick slowly intensified with every mouth.

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗩𝗼𝗱𝗸𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶 ($28):

My favourite of the two. It comes with a rich and slightly tangy red sauce —no cream, I must add— and succulent chunks of sausage. A lavishly meaty and saucy affair that won't disappoint.
