A punchy and flavoursome delight. Not a traditional Cacio e Pep โ theirs comes with dose of browned butter fragrance that Cacio e Pepe isn't supposed to have. Still, those elegant ribbons of pastas were pristine in al dente bite while a pecorino and pepper kick slowly intensified with every mouth.

My favourite of the two. It comes with a rich and slightly tangy red sauce โno cream, I must addโ and succulent chunks of sausage. A lavishly meaty and saucy affair that won't disappoint.
