Chips were my weakness , my substitution? Seasoned raw veggies . You can buy pretty much any seasoning of your favorite chips and put it on veggies. For a crispy crunch use snap peas! Here are some other snacks I always have in my house; (I’m in Texas so HEB is where I mainly shop)
- [ ] Bootylicious muffin mix (heb only in the cake mix section )
- [ ] Premier protein powder ( I think chocolate is the best) if you drink coffee you can make a shake and put it in your coffee instead of sugar!
- [ ] Laughing cow light cheese
- [ ] Babybel light cheese m
- [ ] Carrots , bell peppers, broccoli , snap peas ( I season them raw with spray olive oil, everything bagel season, salt and Tabasco sooo good)
- [ ] Lesser evil Himalayan pink salt popcorn with pickle and jalapeños
- [ ] Lesser evil Himalayan sweet popcorn ( only at target or at least where I am )
- [ ] Astoria flat breads (deli section at heb) I use these as chips / pizza bases/ wraps/ chalupas . So good toasted
- [ ] Turkey pepperoni , pizza sauce, fat free mozzarella wrapped in flat bread in air fryer
-[ ] La bandera low carb tortillas with low fat string cheese melted . SOOOO GOOD
- [ ] Oikos protein yogurt with kashi cereal
- [ ] Good culture cottage cheese with strawberries
- [ ] Rice cakes with whipped strawberry cream cheese
- [ ] Watermelon
- [ ] Apples with tajin
- [ ] Pineapple
- [ ] Drizzilicious rice cake bites (heb)
- [ ] Quest protein chips ( pricey but good)
- [ ] Edamame beans
