I take my Coffee with soy milk & agave. Coffee is known to boost your energy, & lower your chances of type 2 diabetes & depression. Soy milk maintains your levels of cholesterol & blood pressure. While agave adds a hint of sweet without raising your blood sugar.
Bananas help support digestive & heart health. While strawberries are filled with vitamin c & antioxidants.
Snack: Cucumber & Hummus 🥒
Cucumbers keep you hydrated, while strengthening your bones, gut & heart. Known for relieving pain & aids in managing stress.
Hummus is a great source of nutrients, plant-based protein, heart healthy fats, & fiber. It is good for your skin, bones, digestion & blood sugar.
Dinner: Salmon & Brussel Sprouts 🎣
I cooked my salmon with garlic & mushrooms in the oven. Salmon reduces inflammation & depression, and your cardiovascular health. Fish are vital to a healthy diet especially because how easy it is to not get enough protein as a pescatarian.
Brussel sprouts help regulate blood sugar, & support digestive health by feeding good gut bacteria. Good gut bacteria are tied to good mood, immunity, & anti-inflammation.
