Hidden RETRO “playground” 🍔

I still remember having their cheeseburger at their Hambaobao stall in Beauty World Food Centre in my sch uniform few years ago. It is now back hidden on level 3 of Trio Building, like a literal playground with a fun asian-inspired menu ✨ Interior is super cool and VIBEY!

𝙏.𝙈.𝘿 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙭 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙

- I usually prefer thin-cut fries but these homemade thick-cut ones were super POTATOEY and CRUNCHY CRISP with the potato skins on!

- Doused in truffle sauce, parmesan and truffle oil, every strand was flavourful, definitely our favourite 😋

𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙢 𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧

- Generous serving of kimchi and soft steam pork belly glazed with espresso miso, akin to teriyaki sauce but could be a bit sweet.

- Buns were quite fluffy squishy 🍞

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚

- MELTY goodness with a perfectly crunchy crust of rye sourdough!!

- Mix of spiced cheeses, think mozzarella and cheddar together with creamy spinach, reminding me of Indian palak paneer 🧀

- Very decadent, would recommend to share.

𝙎.𝙎.𝙎 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨

- Wagyu beef was very thinly-sliced, with a fine meaty texture 🥩

- Found it a little too heavy on the seasonings though the refreshing lime mayo on the side cut the saltiness.

Their menu is priced at 1 𝙛𝙤𝙧 $18 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝/3 𝙛𝙤𝙧 $17 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝/5 𝙛𝙤𝙧 $16 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝. They serve craft beers too and we enjoyed the vibes here especially at night 🥰
