Hi guys!! Here are some of my fav fav workout channels !
1. Blogilates
I love the pilates workouts from Blogilates! They are great for toning, and I always feel long & lean afterwards ! 😱
2. Growingannanas
I LOVE her HITT workouts, especially the 30mins one, because they are so challenging! So if u feel like ur workouts r getting too easy, u should def try these! But if you want smt easier, u can also try her 15min tabatha workouts.
3. Yoga with Adriene
Literally the best yoga teacher! Sometimes when my muscles are sore or I want to slow down I do one of her workouts. It might not be fast paced, but it’s not easy either and I feel my muscles being tested every time!
4. The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade
High energy cardio dances? Yes please! I always have so much fun doing these workouts! It’s a great time to vibe to the music while burning some calories 🔥!
5. Juice & Toya
Their strength workouts are amazing and u can choose no equipment or with dumbbells. They make you do lots of isometric holds (holding a pose for some time), which I both love and hate, because its so painful yet challenging !
