Negative Energy and Black Salt

I started to add black salt into my rituals during the end of February going into the March Madness ! There was something dark and dense about the collective frequencies in my area once we started to transition into March and it was defiantly affecting me. As a sensitive with many modalities there are days where I have struggled to stay clear of what my body can pull especially when working as a healer full time people’s darkness can really take a toll or take over my light body.

I heard about black salt from a friend, and thought 💭 you know what, I’m willing to add any and every other protection method to snap back into feeling like myself again and get these channels that are not mine to “return to sender” puhhhleaseee!

So there I was 🚶‍♀️ on my way to this local store called the psychic eye and black salt was in stock. GREAT! Because everyone was low on inventory. I purchased a small bag of bits of black salt/ sand. when I went into the car I cleared the energy of the bag using reiki symbols and intention and opened up the baggie and placed a little pinch of salt onto my palms.

I can feel the energy of literally everything so automatically I felt heavy string (cords) like sensations from different parts of my body pull upwards into my hands and into the salt. there the black salt was working it’s magic! 🪄

How to use black salt:

✨ there is not RIGHT way but a way that can work for you. I place the salt directly on each palm. Once I feel the salt has cleared energy I place it to the side and rub both palms together. Disposing of the salt, I put it into the dirt returning it to earth 🌎 .

✨I’ve also place black salt into water using that water for whatever I need to cleanse or clear.

Black salt is great for protection/ clearing and assisting in banishing negative energies however depending on your practice you may need different tools in combination to achieve the outcome you want. Black salt has a time and place for when it can work best for you, you just have to learn how to work with it and what works for you 🍋🍋
