I want this to be a reminder that we all need some rest and sleep time to time and to all workaholics or sleep procrastinators out there, really really just remember if you don't sleep, you can't make the best out of tmr agree?

Do you find yourself in these situation when lack of sleep?

❌️ Gets sick often, for me I develop soar throat/canker sores out of nowhr😭, our immune system becomes weaker

❌️ easily stress out/frustration and mood swings

❌️forgetful, cannot process things properly, poor memory retention, brain foggy cannot focus, make poor decisions on the spot, basically bring down your coginitive thinking

❌️ lack of awareness of your surrounding and often make careless mistakes/accidents happen

❌️ lack of energy fatigue duh, dw to socialise or lack of strength and stamina

❌️ craving or increase appetite for fatty or sugary food, higher chance of weight gain

Sleep deprived or sleep deficiency will make us more prone to health issues like heart disease in future, so its best that we have adequate amt of sleep to lower that chance from occurring. (Cant relate to those who say here for a good time, not for a long龙 time🤡 ifykyk)

Adopt a good sleeping hygeine?

1️⃣ Its important that we have at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day, hence we should keep a sleep schedule to be consistent, try not to lepak/scroll tiktok/do any extra work past that time. Having good sleep schedule will help with your body circadian rhythm to make you sleepy during that specific timing and wake up early as well to start your day

2️⃣ caffeine is not a substance to replace sleep. Its ok to drink daily but not when ure about to sleep a few hours later, it can disrupt your melatonin lvl and sleep cycle

3️⃣ also refrain use of digital device 30 mins b4 sleep. The blue light from devices can disrupt melatonin lvls. Try read a book/meditate/pray/reflect on your day b4 you sleep/journalising

4️⃣ refrain from long napping if you can, it can disrupt sleep cycle

For those who have insomnia issues like me💩, understand that some of us even having good sleeping habits does not help to alleviate the curse💀 sadly. Ill prolly make another post about it, 🤔
