shop for cny clothes w me + some reflections ✨🧧

I've actually never been one to buy new clothes for cny as growing up, cny has always been a dreaded occasion for me due to my family circumstances. And so up till now my mindset towards cny has just been another occasion where I'd think about how I can find some peace or survive through the long holiday. I didnt care about traditions such as wearing new clothes on the first day, take ootds, or go any visiting etc. But after last year, I decided to make the most of my years and forge meaningful memories with any sort of occasion / festive there is. So this year i decided to go cny shopping which i've never done before! As i recently fell in love with the fit of lovet, that was my first stop! Subsequently i went to TTR to check out their line too.

And woww lovet rlly didnt disappoint! I got the second skin padded ribbed cami maxi dress in ash blue and the dayne padded sweetheart maxi dress in black. super flattering!! I also got a red jumpsuit that i didnt take pics of but took some ootd on cny chu1!

TTR ⭐️

I didnt get any from TTR sadly, but i tried on their cny collections and some of their dresses but none of them really suited me, even some their xxs was big and the fitting didnt really look good on me. I'd say their basic essentials are pretty good though!
