This is one of the easiest yet most tasty rice cooker recipes around. Very simple and easily accessible ingredients too!!
🧑🍳 Here’s how to make it:
1. Chop or slice up all your ingredients (cabbage, mushrooms, ginger)
2. Add all the sauces to your chicken and place the chicken at the bottom of the rice cooker
3. Add onions, garlic and ginger slices on top, along with cabbage and mushrooms
4. Let it cook for about 1hr and you’re done!!
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1/2 chinese cabbage
1/2 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
mushrooms
ginger slices
For the sauce:
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
