OT stands for Occupational Therapy, just as its name indicates; it's designed to help you with your work. It's a treatment method prescribed by a psychiatrist. I've been undergoing this therapy for over a year now. 💪

During my recent appointment, my therapist informed me that she could observe 📈😊 improvements in me, even though I couldn't see them myself. So, she'll probably be discharging me after the next appointment.

My sessions with her involve discussing the issues I face in ⏱️📋completing tasks, and she provides 🗣️advice on how to manage them. These sessions are generally short, usually lasting less than 30 minutes.
