These are some of the habits I’ve picked up since January 2024 that have helped me become an even better version of myself!🌷
1st
probably the biggest change I’ve started is GOING TO THE GYM!
-30 day challenge!
OUTSIDE WORKOUT 🏃🏻♀️
• go on two 20 minute walks a day
-1 durring the day🌅
-1 at night 🏙️
(That was my 45 minute workout outside)
• INSIDE WORKOUT🏋️♀️
- at home YouTube workout videos!
- channels i recommend
•MAD FIT📺
(They have a lot of different level workout videos)
•DIET OF CHOICE 🍒
- I went VEGETARIAN 🥬
I was looking to eat more Whole Foods and this wasn’t giving up a lot for me because I don’t eat a lot of meat anyways, but you can choose any diet that will help you get to your personal goal!

- atomic habits by James clear!

USING A CALENDAR 📅
-this may sound cheesy but the simple use of a calendar and also a planner has changed me this year.
• PLEASE LISTEN! -> if you are a visual person like me and trying to create a habit having a calendar to mark your progress will be the greatest help for you! There’s something about going to the gym and being able to put a check mark on your board that makes you WANT to do it again!! ✅
• ALSO! I used to not remember what I had for dinner a day ago now i can tell you what i had 2 weeks ago! this has helped me because im very forgetful. I’m the type to forget when i make plans with friends, dinner dates etc..
If this is you as well DO IT! Get that calendar girl and watch how much better you get

• if you have made it this far then you are getting to the best part! GINGER SHOTS
- this is probably the biggest factor to how I LOST 15 POUNDS! These things are literal gold!
-my skin literally GLOWS because of these
-I haven’t gotten sick all YEAR!
-they give you a boost of ENERGY!
- at first you do have to get used to them because they are pretty bitter and strong but the health effects these have on your body is SO WORTH IT!🏆 I also have a recipe I’ll be posting on how I make these if you are interested let me know!
