Top 5 spots to visit at 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 (organised by @designsingapore) – all admissions are free! ✨

1️⃣ ‘‘𝐌𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞’’ 𝐛𝐲 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 (📍Bencoolen Station): There’s an interactive kiosk at Bencoolen MRT where you can take a quick quiz, find your commuting tribe (I got Bobblehead! ☁️) and stamp it on a keepsake card! Super cute! 🫶

2️⃣ 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃:𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊? 𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐎𝐊𝐎 and 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 (📍National Library): This exhibit is spread across 5 levels and gets you thinking deeply about the act of reading 📖. It’s a nice little walk (and calories burning! 🔥) through the library, and definitely makes you appreciate books differently!

3️⃣ 𝐄𝐀𝐓: 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐠 & 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 (📍National Design Centre): There’s a cool mix of exhibits showcasing the future of food, sustainability, and technology. My fave work is the Popcorn Robot 🐇!

4️⃣ 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 (📍Linkway between Marina Square & Millenia Walk): An interactive playground where you get to power the fun! ⚡🔋There’re human-sized hamster wheels, cranks, and bikes that light up LEDs. Fun way to burn off some energy while learning about sustainability!

5️⃣ 𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 (📍Millenia Walk): This is a circular design pavilion featuring cool works from local designers and companies focusing on sustainable and community-driven ideas. Check out the “Noodle Seats” 🍜 and “MYCOLA lamps” 🍄!
