What I made for family meal at work!☺️
For the Curry Chicken I don’t have a specific recipe I just trusted my guts lol but If y’all are interested here’s how I made it.
I marinated my chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onions powder, cumin, turmeric, and of course curry. The I sautéed some diced bell peppers, onions with 2 scotch bonnets (it really depends on your tolerance for spicy food!)
then add you chicken let it cook a little bit and make it’s own sauce before adding water and Voilà!🥘
Here’s the recipe for the buss up shut or (paratha).
•3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
•1 teaspoon (4g) sugar
• 2 teaspoons (9g) baking powder
• 1½ teaspoons (8-9g) salt
•1 tablespoon (14g) ghee, butter, or oil
• 1¼ cups (300ml) warm water or slightly more
• ⅓ cup (63g) shortening or butter
• ¼ cup (6oml) oil, ghee, melted butter for the paratha
