Here's my secret bath detox recipe for days when life gives you lemons: 📝🍋
1. 2 cups of Epsom salt 🧂 - Your muscles will thank you!
2. 1 cup of baking soda 🍞 - Natural cleanse? Yes, please!
3. 1/4 cup of Aztec clay 🌎 - Feel the earthy goodness!
4. 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 🍎 (optional)
5. 3 tablespoons of ground ginger 🧡 - Spice up your soak (optional- great for inflammation)
6. 2 tablespoons of pink Himalaya sea salt! 💗 (optional).
How-to, you ask? Easy-peasy! 🌈 Just combine all these ingredients in hot bath water, jump in, relax and let the magic happen. Give yourself a solid 20 minutes (or more, we won't judge — ok don’t go longer than 30-45 mins—) to allow the detox work its wonders on your beautiful, deserving self. 🕰️🛀
