Let’s debunk these fitness myths ⬇️ I hate when the media scares people with these misconceptions about health & wellness so let’s get into it gf!

1. “You cannot eat out because it will cause you to lose progress”

This is SUPER FALSE!!! You can eat out and still see progress. Loss of progress only happens when moderation is not present.

2. “Black coffee is the only type you should be having if you want to lose fat and build muscle”

Absolutely not. Nope. I can’t have coffee with at least SOME milk or in the form of an espresso. What I would say is not the healthiest is adding excessive sweeteners & syrups.

Living a life of balance, also known as using the 80/20 rule is so so important!!

This teaches you how to make progress but also ENJOY LIFE & your favorite foods.

& who doesn’t want to learn how to be fit & balanced?
