Shrimp Salad 🍤🥗

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper (red or yellow), finely chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

Directions:

Prepare the Dressing:

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Add the Shrimp and Vegetables:

Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces if they are large. Add the shrimp, celery, red onion, bell pepper, and fresh dill to the dressing. Stir until all ingredients are well coated.

Chill and Serve:

Cover and refrigerate the shrimp salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve over a bed of lettuce leaves, with crackers, or as a filling for sandwiches.
