Waa Cow! Worth the bucks?!

First time trying Waa Cow and I’m really quite blown away 😳 it’s heavens not kidding 😇😋

The beef is so soft, savoury, tender and what really sets this apart from other beef bowls I’ve tried is the charred taste. It’s not just the usual ‘charred-burnt’ taste but there’s this nice tinge of caramel taste. You have to give it a try to really understand what I mean…

The onsen egg too, I love it when I break the yolk and have it together with the rice. The tobiko on top of the egg adds another texture which just brings it to a whole new level. I can see why people likes waa cow now.

The original wagyu bowl cost $22 before svc charge and gst… ended up close to $28 😢😭. It’s definitely on the expensive end although it taste rlly good. 10/10 would def come back again when I have 💵 or nice comfort food
