Waa Cow! | Foie Gras + Wagyu? 😍

As we bid goodbye to our long weekend, let me reminisce about my T.G.I.F meal at Waa Cow! Located conveniently on the ground floor of my office, Waa Cow! is a hot spot for dinner and drinks.

🍚: Yuzu Foie Gras Wagyu Beef ($28)

Wagyu + Foie Gras = Premium combination for a donburi!

The beef slices were evenly seasoned and carried a light charred flavour. They were also tender soft.

On the other hand, the foie gras was rich and buttery. The combination of the yuzu and foie gras created a sweet and sour punch, which elevated the dish.

To bind the whole dish together, a runny egg was beaten into the bed of rice underneath. The light, fluffy rice was a brilliant complement to the other flavourful elements of the dish.

And not forgetting the wine, which goes perfectly with the dish.

Overall, Waa Cow! offers a spectrum of dons for different price ranges - which I appreciate. There is one for every individual.
