When should you remove your work experience, extracurriculars and education relating to your high-school and college years from your resume?

Employers want your most recent experience when considering you for a role, so high school experience should come off as soon as you’re in college! Start building up clubs and internships so you can have all high school information removed by your first or second year.

College info can stay, both for education and work experience! But as you grow professionally, slowly replace your clubs / internships with more concrete full time position information as that’s what employers care for most!

Leaving outdated experience / roles from long ago in HS/college on your resume can also cause age discrimination! So be aware!
