If you want to start your fitness journey in creating a healthier lifestyle or currently doing it but not making the progress you want just yet, start here.

You HAVE to build these healthy habits in order to create long lasting progress. That is what your progress is built on, healthy habits and the discipline to carry them out (almost) every single day. Don’t focus on perfection but instead focus on trying your best.

If you can’t workout that day, thats ok hit your water intake, protein goal and go for a walk. Still prioritize the stuff in your control and don’t beat yourself up on the things you can’t. This is the difference between reaching your goals and not!

I’ve been there, I thought because I messed up on my nutrition that the day was thrown away and I’d just start on Monday again.

If you’re just starting out I’d say to pick 3 habits to focus on until you’ve gotten better at them, incorporate a few more and continue that.

Remember this takes TIME and patience with yourself. You can’t be perfect so just do your best:)
