Make sure to challenge yourself with the weight, tempo or even change the reps if its not challenging enough.

Control the movement and slow it down.
Start with 12 RDL’s straight into 12 Pulsing squats (stay low during the pulse with these to keep the tension on the Glutes). 3 sets total and thats it!
