MAKE MY DELICIOUS, HIGH PROTEIN COFFE WITH ME!

This is the best hack I’ve discovered because this makes my coffee healthy so I don’t have to add any sugars/sweetners because the protein does this for me! You can switch up the protein used to make different flavors so you don’t get bored. I have a Pumpkin spice protein powder that I use around this time of year with a dash of cinnamon and its amazing! So use whatever protein you have on hand!

This is how I do it! 👇

-First start by brewing your coffee

-Next separately mix together the milk of choice + protein with a frother to mix better.

-Then put your brewed coffee on ice if you prefer and add in the milk/protein mixture.

-Now enjoy!

24g of protein easy along with coffee!
