Traveling can be stressful if your trying to stay on track but these are some things that help me still stay on track but enjoy my vacation 👇
Remember there’s no rules when it comes to what you should and shouldn’t do when you’re traveling but these are two things I always personally do myself because its what works for me!
-Get a day pass at a gym!
Search for some gyms in your area and most will offer just a day pass to workout for the day! If I’m staying in one area for a longer amount of time I’ll look into a week pass.
-Go Shopping for Protein/snacks
This is one of my first stops so I have things on hand to snack on in between meals and get protein in as well.
Things I usually get are Protein bars, cottage cheese, yogurt, dried fruit, carrots and hummus and things like that!
Just remember to do what you can and just get movement in on vacation and enjoy!
