What I DID on vacation:

💧 I make sure to drink 128 ounces (around 3.8 liters) of water per day. Staying hydrated is crucial, so I always carry a reusable water bottle with me and refill it regularly. This helps me stay energized and aids in digestion, especially during long days of sightseeing and adventure.

🍗 I focus on incorporating plenty of protein into my meals. I take advantage of the local cuisine and seek out dishes that are rich in protein. Whether it's fresh seafood, lean meats, tofu, or plant-based protein sources, I make sure to include them in my meals. Protein keeps me feeling satisfied, supports muscle recovery, and maintains my overall health.

🚶‍♀️ I prioritize movement and physical activity during my travels. I love exploring the local environment by engaging in activities like swimming, walking, climbing, or hiking. Whether it's discovering nature trails, strolling through vibrant city streets, or trying out water sports, I embrace the opportunities to stay active and burn calories while immersing myself in the local culture and scenery.

By incorporating these practices into my travel routine, I am able to stay on track with my health and fitness goals while still enjoying new experiences and cuisines. Traveling is an adventure, and I believe it's important to prioritize my well-being while making the most of every opportunity that comes my way. 🌍✨
