If it’s one thing that most women are trying to achieve is getting a flat stomach and losing fat in their midsection. This is what I help most of my clients achieve and here’s how ⬇️

❌ Not with eating 1200 calories

✅ Instead with eating enough for my body (over 2400 calories for me personally)

❌ Not with doing cardio 3-4x a week or more

✅ Instead with prioritizing resistance training

❌ Not with restricting myself with foods that are “bad”

✅ Instead with incorporating foods that I love and eating those things in moderation and drinking more water

❌ Working out 6-7 days a week

✅ Instead with prioritizing rest because that’s when muscle is built

Remember that in order to achieve your goals AND keep your progress you have to change your lifestyle. If you’re doing something that is hard to do for the rest of your life, odds are that it won’t work for you.

Start changing your habits slowly and they become just that, a habit and easier to stick to.
