These are my top exercises that I love doing and have changed my glutes immensely.
Remember to get your form down first before doing these exercises and trying to progressive overload with them :)

Tips: Hinge at your hips, keep a slight bend in your knees, think of it as a standing hip thrust and keep your back neutral.
π Step-ups
Tips: Hinge forward, avoid pushing off your foot on the floor and use the working leg on the box, avoid using too tall of a box (if you have to start with a lower one til you can progress to a taller box).
π Hip Thrusts
Tips: Brace your core, squeeze your glutes and tuck your pelvis.
π Reverse lunges
Tips: Hinge forward, brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
