Teacher’s Back to School Lunch idea

I meal prepped a huge container of green goddess chicken salad for lunches this week. It is packed with great protein and vegetables. The creamy green goddess dressing makes this so good!

Ingredients:

4 mini avocados (or 1-2 full size)

Handful of spinach

Handful of fresh dill

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp mayo

1 lemon juiced

Salt

Pepper

5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

4 stalks of celery

1/2 cup diced red onion
