Habits I need to get into

2023 was a tough year. It had a lot more downs than ups by a long shot. The only good event that occurred that year was the birth of our baby girl. This year, I want to make sure I’m taking better care of myself and become a more balanced person. That and this postpartum fatigue is still kicking me down hard. I’m hoping that these habits help to keep me centered and happy, and the same goes for the hubby. Happy parents, happy baby 💛
