self dates are so important for your mental health and well being. even if you would rather spend time with your friends, taking time for yourself every once in a while is crucial. it can be hard especially when you dont know what to do when you are by yourself - thats why i created this list with 100 things you and yourself can do together 😇 i think any of these would be fun to try and its nice having them all presented right in front of me :)

‼️ IF YOU WANT THIS LIST IN YOUR NOTES, take a screenshot of each slide, go to your camera roll, click on one of the screenshots, click and hold over a word, select all the text on the photo by dragging your finger across it, click copy, open your notes app, make a new note, and click paste! repeat with the other screenshots until you have all 100 ideas! feel free to keep adding to the list - that is what makes it fun as well!! whenever you come up with something new, just add it to the list :)
