ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin, about 16 oz. i prefer organic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

3-4 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated

2 teaspoons ground mustard seed ( or replace with 1 tablespoon yellow mustard)

2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

method:

1. in a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together.

2. marinate the pork tenderloin in a ziplock bag for 6 hours or up to 24 hours in the fridge.

3. preheat a cast iron grill to medium heat. cook the pork tenderloin, rotating often, until the center of the thickest part reads 145 F, about 25-30 minutes. Once the internal temperature is 145, pull the pork off and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
