You need to grow into your face!

I used to berate myself daily when I was 17! I was convinced my nose was too big, my lips were too small, and that I had a baby face. Looking back, I just look young in my opinion. Some of you may not even see a big difference in how I look now compared to me at 17!

I’m 23 now and have come to love myself more. There are still some tweaks I debate on making but overall I feel like my face is more harmonious with my features. I’d definitely recommend waiting until you’re at-least 21 if you’re considering permanent alterations. At the end of the day, beauty is subjective!

However, I believe everyone is beautiful in their own way and that’s why I’ve opted to not make changes to my face presently 🤍.

Obviously, growing out my hair and learning to do my makeup better drastically impacted my appearance! There are a lot of ways to “improve” your appearance that aren’t surgical. One of the best things we can teach ourselves to love ourselves, because I would never bully 17 year old me 🤍. You shouldn’t bully yourself either!
