⭐️how it helps me: I have found that journaling is a great way to put down your thoughts and then let them go. you can also find patterns to as when and why your feelings certain ways through your journaling.

⭐️how it helps me: planning ahead gives me time to take care of myself. planning meals by freezing them or meal prepping always helps when I am in a rut. Also, I like to rearrange plans I made with coworkers or friends to ensure I don’t drag down the mood and take optimal time for myself during my episodes.
