How to Cope: saying goodbye to summer

Entering the cold months is exciting for a lot of reasons, but those of us with seasonal depression know how jarring the change can be. Especially here in the PNW, the dark months are DARK.

Long days, sunshine, pretty sunsets, walks with friends, more stuff to do, etc... Summer is hard to let go of. These are just a few ways I find help me in the transition of long and busy days to shorter days in solitude.
