• 1 tsp dried thyme

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• Salt and pepper (to taste)

1. Brown the Beef:

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot. Season the beef with salt & pepper. Brown in batches, then set aside. 🥩
