•Breastmilk: Yes, i know people say that it has no nutritional value to a toddler but i think other wise and it doesn’t hurt to give it to her so why not.

•Outside play: We will go outside every day if we can! with a minimum of an hour. With that being said, there is no screen time unless we play outside. (of course if the weather is bad we will do something else)
