The easiest & healthy version vodka sauce pasta

📌First cook your banza or brown rice pasta

(save some of your water)

📌In a pan blend/cook together: tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and heavy whipping cream (salt and pepper to taste)

📌add in some of the pasta water

📌add in the pasta and spinach

📌cook till spinach is cooked and pasta soaks up some of the sauce

📌 add parmesan cheese on top and enjoy
