🍊Immunity Boost Juice🍋

I came down with a virus the day before traveling and I was freaking out! I don’t like taking medicine unless it’s a last resort and viruses generally need to just run their course. I decided to use my food as medicine!

Recipe:

🍊2 Oranges (peeled)

🍋 1 lemon (peeled)

🍊 Turmeric Root

🍋 Ginger Root

🍊 2 Carrots

🍋 Local Honey

Throw everything in a juicer or blender except for the honey. Mix 1 tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of water and mix into juice. Enjoy!🍋🍊✨

In addition to drinking a ridiculous amount of this juice, I took hot showers, got lots of sleep, drank lots of water, took vitamin C supplements, and added extra extra garlic (immunity & anti inflammatory properties) to my food. I woke up the next day feeling good as new!! This recipe was delicious and even made my skin extra glowy!! Whether it’s for immunity or just to enjoy, I would recommend this stuff!
