affordable cold truffle pasta below $16!! 😋

if you’re into cafes with a minimalistic interior, check out Equate Coffee 🤍 they are known for their artisanal beverages and they serve all day brunch food ranging from pastas to sandos and croissants 🍝🥪🥐 they recently just opened their second branch at Orchard Central and my friend and I decided to give it a visit because we heard the food’s pretty decent!

one of the best cold truffle capellini i have tried so far 🤤 this one really tops the list. the truffle sauce is pretty strong so it really adds a lot of flavour to the dish which was so yummy. the scallops were extra fresh too, but i wish there were more pieces… buttttt, the portion is too small even for someone with a small appetite because i don’t think it was filling at all 😬

[CAJUN PRAWN PASTA 🍤 $18.80]

this was pretty mid there was nothing special about the pasta and the portion is extremely small as seen from the photo so i don’t think it was worth paying $18 for it. the pasta was gone in literally 4 mouthfuls …. 😵‍💫 the prawn didn’t taste fresh so it was really quite disappointing.

ambience: if you’re looking for a chill minimalistic cafe to chill at or catch up with friends, do check this place out! 🫶 visited the cafe on a thursday evening and it was surprisingly not crowded even though the cafe is located at orchard central👌
