Being strong is not just about physical strength; it also involves mental and emotional resilience, determination, and the ability to overcome challenges. Here are some of my tips for being strong in body and mind:

1. Self-awareness and reflection are key. We underestimate the importance of slowing down and actually assessing the trajectory of our life. Identify your strengths, values, beliefs, and dreams and use this information to guide your behaviors. Repeat this exercise often.

2. There is no shortcut to true health and strength. Good things take time. Stick to your healthy habits. Small efforts over time amount to enormous changes. Start small and establish the behaviors you desire instead of trying to go big from the start and setting yourself up for failure.

3. Regardless of what you do you will NEVER please everyone. Some experiences, places, or people will lead to unwanted and unhealthy behaviors. Remove what you can and be confident in the boundaries that you set. You should always be your most significant priority. Limits are essential.

You are capable of achieving incredible strength, both physically and mentally, and with consistent effort and dedication, you will reach your goals and surpass them✨
