Mexican Corn Cookies

Crunchy and corny. These cookies are a perfect touch of sweet. They taste and remind me of thin crunchy cornbread .

4 1/2 corn flour

250g vegetable shortening

125g granulated sugar

1tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Milk

2eggs
