Loaded Cornbread

Loaded Cornbread! I used a Dolly Parton mix, and it was amazing 🤩

1 box of Dolly Parton’s Sweet Cornbread mix

1 cup milk

1 egg

1/3 c butter, melted

1 1/2 c Mexican cheese, shredded

1 can of Mexican or Fiesta corn, drained

2 green onions, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients. Fold in each additional ingredient, one at a time.

Pour into a greased 9″ pan and bake as directed on the package.
