Why I stop going to JB to dye my hair 🤯

I used to be the type who would head to JB every few months to do my hair for about $300-$400. However, after the VEP was introduced, I stand in solidarity with my fellow Singaporeans and chose not to enter JB.😔(I've also realized that some salons in JB raise their prices once they know we’re from Singapore)

Recently, I found a new place in SG that offers really affordable hair services—yes, it’s Lucky Plaza. I wouldn’t have thought to get my hair done there, but I recently went for a haircut at "Shaey Beauty Salon," and I was mind-blown 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Their level of hospitality was exceptional, making me want to come back for more services just a few days later. They were always checking in with each customer to see if they were doing okay!

And I must mention that the prices for their services are really affordable. I couldn't have pulled off the hairstyle I wanted, (prev hair colour was a little red), but my stylist absolutely nailed my hairstyle.

Of course, there are some downsides, like the cold water during the hairwash and peak hour crowds on weekends. But hey, if we can queue for customs in JB, this is nothing!

I totally recommend this place and may provide an update in a few weeks about my hair ✨✨✨✨
