Unpopular opinion: You can make anything low calorie by adjusting the serving size. But I know that's not how a lot of people view it.

Today is a more realistic example of what I eat when left to my own devices and a couple of cool, low calorie ideas!

I had to grab breakfast on the go because I forgot I was meeting friends to study today, Not the healthiest choice, but it was still delicious at 350 calories for 20 oz.

Lunch is where it gets better! I love cucumbers, so today I used two of them in my salad. And being mostly water, they are super low calorie. The four cups I used came put to about 70 calories total. With the peanut sauce, the salad was about 240 calories in total.

I did a fusion and also had 2 cups of chicken alfredo. And I think one of my best low calorie hacks is Sam's Club pre-made alfredo. It's 220 calories for 1 cup and is filling. I think next time, I would add some veggies in there as well, though. Maybe some broccoli or Brussel Sprouts.

On my way back from PT, I had to get a dirty diet coke from Sonic. A low cal sweet treat never hurt, and it's only 130 calories for the large!

At home, I had chicken pad thai for dinner, which was 330 calories. I really feel like this is why portion sizes can make something low calorie. For me, a single serving was low calorie, but for my boyfriend who had two servings, it was 660 calories.

I finished today off with the rest of the chocolate coconut chips my parents got me! It was 110 calories, and I feel like they make an awesome low calorie substitute for anyone craving an Almond Joy or Mounds bar.

All in all, I had about 1,600 calories today and satisfied all of my cravings. But what do you guys consider low calorie?
