๐Ÿ“ข College students!! ๐Ÿ“ขYou've built a solid routine over the summer, but now it's time to get BACK to school & back to that busy schedule..

I'm right there, on the same boat as you! I'm going into my junior year and now I'm diving into harder classes.

Let's talk about how to go into your first month back without falling off your routine-

Stay organized: keep an agenda on all your daily non-negotiables, assignments, exams, and study sessions. This will help you have a clear idea on when you can fit in a workout.

Take advantage of your campus gym (if you have one): This is a huge game changer since you're already ON CAMPUS, might as well take advantage before or after class ;) But make sure to not forget your workout clothes!!

Keep making it a priority: I often hear โ€œi don't have time anymore, since the semester started i've been on goโ€, and while i understand that, It's just outright not up there on your list of priorities because you CAN make the time! Dont stop going because you're โ€œbusyโ€, we all are and working out will keep your mind and body sharp.

Meal prep: Take meals with you for before or after class, yes you have the convenience of buying food but, you can also dedicate an hour to prep meals and you don't have to spend extra $$ or skip meals.

Good luck on your fall semester and remember, future you will thank you for working & sticking to your GOALS!
