You can easily find some fresh sushi grade fish at a local fish market! Gather up some of your favorite fish- mine is yellow tail, white tuna, & salmon. The best toppings are avocado, salmon roe, imitation crab, cucumber, and seaweed salad.

Buy a sushi making kit on amazon or they may have it at the Japanese market! You will need a bamboo mat, rice spreader, and chopsticks.

Make some sushi rice with rice vinegar and sugar, lay out a nori sheet which you can buy at the market, and start creating your roll of choice! We made some white tuna avocado rolls and tuna rolls with cucumber!

Now you had delicious sushi rolls in the comfort of your own home! Dip in some spicy mayo, soy sauce, or eel sauce. Mix and match your favorite fish or make a poke bowl!
