A brand new Costco opened about 5 minutes from my house and it’s been nothing short of glorious (and a little rough on the bank account tbh 🫠💀) but they just started selling made-fresh-daily sushi! Is this at your Costco? They have raw + fully cooked options and a variety of sizes to feed two or even more people.
