THE SUPERSET:
🍑1- Full range hip thrusts: Perform 10 reps of this exercise! Make sure that you are controlling the weight both up and down.
Straight into (with no rest)...
🍑2- KAS glute bridges: Perform 10 reps of this exercise. These are hip thrusts performed in a very small range (pulses). Make sure to keep your neck neutral and aligned. Push through your heels and SQUEEZE your glutes as hard as you can!
Straight into (with no rest)...
🍑3- Hip thrust HOLD: Hold the weight for 10 seconds straight and make sure to push through your heels.
Repeat this circuit THREE times and I promise you your glutes will be on fire! Overtime, make sure to challenge yourself with a heavier weight for growth!
