Today I am sharing my TOP at home exercises for glutes growth! These are exercises I did during quarantine and helped me build the glutes that I have today. Here are some of the moves I did as shown in the video…
✨Side to side steps
✨Fire hydrants
✨Rainbows
✨Single Leg Glute Bridges
✨Pop Squats
✨Reverse Lunge to knee jumps
Perform all of these exercises for a minute each and repeat 3 times! You may rest 20 seconds in between each set. You are able to make this workout even more challenging by adding in a resistance band or dumbbell. This workout video is proof that you don’t need a ton of fancy equipment to reach your booty goals! If you are a beginner, I recommend using your body weight first so you can get the form right. Try this workout out and let me know how you did in the comments!
