You can workout from the comfort of your own home using bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells! Here are some exercise examples that will help you grow your glutes…

🍑Donkey kicks: When you do this exercise make sure that as you kick back you squeeze your glutes each and every rep. If you are doing this exercise with a dumbbell, make sure to put a towel behind your knee so it is more comfortable. If you are using a band, make sure to pick a resistance that challenges you.

🍑Fire Hydrants: This is an amazing exercise that targets your gluteus minimus and medius (aka the side glutes). As you lift your leg to the side, make sure to squeeze your glutes then control on the way down. If you are performing this exercise with a dumbbell, same concept, use a towel behind your knee.

🍑Glute Bridges: A great exercise to target the gluteus maximus (the largest part of our glutes). As you raise your pelvis, tuck and squeeze your glutes! For this exercise you may use a heavier dumbbell. Also, if you are using a band make sure to drive your knees outward as you come up.
